Whenever I drive past a farm, I see so much potential:

These are just a few:

1.  Flowers, Roses alongside the fence.  People can cut their own, and leave the cash (how much they think the flowers are worth) in the 'honesty box.'

2.  Great place for an artist to paint the landscape.  No impediments (such as, high-rise buildings); you only have the great, open sky to contemplate for hours!

3.  Open wide space to host a 'big BBQ', easily marketed with a bit board out at the front of your property.  You can also consider hosting a dance troupe to entertain whilst people eat.
